This is the help page for installing the BPE free screen saver.

Here is a sample screen shot of the screen saver while running,
reduced size of cousre:

First, you need to place the floppy with BPE Floral Screen Saver 1,
in the A:\ drive. Double click on the My Computer Icon on your desktop
and it will open up your computer, with window that should look something
like the one below.

Find the icon for A:\ in this window and double click on it to bring up the contents
of the A:\ drive, and it should look like the following:

Put your cursor over the icon for Bpe-flr1.exe, and right click once on it.
A drop down list should open like below:

Scroll down the list to copy and left click on it. This will copy the file. Next,
you can use the up one folder button at the top of the A:\ window that looks
like a yellow file folder with a left/up arrow on it, just left click it and it will
take you back to your computer window with all the drives. This time find
the icon for the C:\ drive, and double click it. A window similar to the one
below should open:

Next, left click on the word File in the upper left corner, a list will scroll down, sellect
New from the list and then from the second list that opens, sellect Folder, like this:

Just left click on the Folder and it will bring up a new with the name highlighted like
this one below:

You can type in a new name for the folder, I used BPE Screen Saver(you can use this
name or something else of your own choosing), and hit return after you are done
typing the new name! This will rename the folder like below:

Now, double click on the BPE Screen Saver(or whatever you named it) folder, it will
open a window of the folder, where you can now select Paste from the Edit menu
like below:

You should then have a window with the screen saver file in it like below:

Simply double click on the on the file icon and follow the on screen instructions, and
it will install the screen saver for you.

That should be it.

If you want to see what it looks like, you can either wait for it to take
affect after letting the computer set for the necessary time for the screen
saver to come on or you can test it this way: While looking at the
desktop, all applications minimized, move the cursor to an area with
no icons and right click with the mouse. This opens a small window
like this:

Click on the 'Properties' at the bottom and you should get the
'Display Properties' window, like this:

Click on the tab at the top that says 'Screen Saver', and this window
will change to look like this:

To see what the screen saver is like, left click on the 'Preview' button.
This will start the screen saver, but do not move the mouse or click it
or hit any keys on the keyboard until you are done looking at the
screen saver, as this will cause it to close and wait for the computer
to be unused for whatever the amount of minutes are set to in the
'Wait:' selection.

Well, that should do it. If you have any questions, email them to:
